Each MOMOCA box features a curated selection of authentic Japanese teas and snacks, including seasonal specialties and artisanal treats. The contents change each month to showcase new flavors and experiences.
Are the teas and snacks in the boxes authentic Japanese products?
Yes, all teas and snacks are sourced directly from Japan and selected for their quality, authenticity, and unique flavors.
Can I choose the items in my box?
Our boxes are curated each month to deliver a surprise experience. Currently, we do not offer customization, but we welcome feedback and requests for future themes.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?
Some of our teas and snacks may contain common allergens, including nuts, gluten, and soy. Each box includes detailed ingredient information. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing your order.
How are the tea accessories made?
Our tea accessories are crafted using traditional techniques by skilled artisans. We offer items such as teapots, matcha bowls, tea bowls, and tea scoops that celebrate Japanese tea culture.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! You can select the “This is a gift” option at checkout and include a personalized message. We never include pricing information in gift shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Japan. For international orders outside of the United States, please contact our customer service for special requests.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping. Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return or refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes.
