MOMOCA United States & Japan Shipping Policy

Promotional Offers (Just Pay Shipping & Handling) For specific "Just Pay Shipping" or "Free + Shipping" promotions, the standard free shipping threshold does not apply. Shipping and handling fees for these promotional items are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts or free shipping codes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Availability

MOMOCA currently ships orders within the United States and Japan. At this time, we do not offer worldwide international shipping outside of these regions.

Shipping Origin

Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from our facility in Colorado, United States. Orders shipped within Japan are fulfilled domestically.

Order Processing Time

All orders require a handling period before shipment.

  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Orders are prepared and packed during this time before being handed off to the carrier.
