Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At MOMOCA.store, we take pride in curating premium gourmet snacks sourced from Japan. Due to the perishable nature and limited shelf life of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.

Promotional Just Pay Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling fees paid for promotional 'Just Pay Shipping' products are non-refundable, as these costs are immediately allocated to carrier and fulfillment services.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items.
  • We do not accept exchanges for food products.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping date, please contact our customer support team at support@momoca.store, and we will investigate the issue.
  • For missing or lost orders, you must notify us within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for a replacement or reimbursement.
